- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days via our preferred carriers. Although delivery typically takes 5-6 working days post-dispatch, times may vary based on the carrier's conditions.
- If your tracking indicates 'Delivered' but you haven't received your order, contact us within 24 hours for assistance. The courier partner will not be able to investigate beyond this period.
- In the event of a disaster or bad weather, shipment timing may vary based on the carrier's conditions.
Payment Modes
- We provide secure payment options through Razorpay, Paytm, Visa, Mastercard, UPI, or COD. You will only be charged the final invoice amount. Please get in touch with us or your bank if there are any disparities or additional charges.
- Our prices represent the product worth as well as include GST and packaging costs. Orders below Rs. 599 attract shipping charges, while orders above Rs. 599 are entitled to free shipping if payment is made through an online payment channel. Whereas, for COD orders, there is a shipping charge based on the value of the order and the location of the shipment.
- Promotional discounts maybe available at different times along with bundle offers. Prices remain unchanged but offers can alter when needed.
Returns & Replacements
7. At Simpli Supplemented, we ensure our products meet the highest standards. We take back products which are returned to us if it is established that they were supplied with defects such as expiration or incorrect items at no cost. To guarantee transperancy and conflict resolution, you must record an unboxing video showing the sealed jars in their original packaging (cellophane film and corrugated boxes.)
8. We don't take back products for:
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions
- Typographical errors in address details
- Misunderstanding what is being sold or purchased
- Non-need for the product bought
Cancellation
9. While we allow orders to be placed without restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel orders deemed fraudulent or malicious. We also reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing inaccuracies or stock unavailability. Additional verification or information may be required before accepting any order. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the amount will be refunded. Promotional vouchers used for canceled orders will not be refunded. Suspicious transactions may be reported to law enforcement.
10. Customers can cancel orders withing 4 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
