Refund Policy
At Simpli Supplemented, we ensure our products meet the highest standards. We take back products which are returned to us if it is established that they were supplied with defects such as expiration or incorrect items at no cost. To guarantee transperancy and conflict resolution, you must record an unboxing video showing the sealed jars in their original packaging (cellophane film and corrugated boxes.)
We don't take back products for:
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions
- Typographical errors in address details
- Misunderstanding what is being sold or purchased
- Non-need for the product bought
For exchange of sealed products, a Rs. 200 fee applies for one-time pickup scheduling. Only full orders can be exchanged. Refunds take 10-12 working days to process.
We will try to resolve any and all customer queries to the best of our ability.
